Peyton Davis, from Keller, Texas began classical ballet training at the age of 5 at Metropolitan Classical Ballet Center. Peyton furthered her classical training at the Marina Almayeva School of Classical Ballet and competed in Youth America Grand Prix where she was awarded in classical ballet and contemporary divisions. During her training, Peyton had the opportunity to perform in The Weaving, a Broadway production depicting the life of Corrie Ten Boom, at the Lincoln Center in New York City. Peyton’s training was furthered through master classes and extended summer intensives at American Ballet Theatre, Tulsa Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Arlington Classical Ballet, Ballet Academy of Texas, Texas Ballet Theatre and Dallas Ballet Center. At the age of 13, Peyton began training at Artistry in Motion Performing Arts Studio, where she broadened her dance genre to include jazz, modern, lyrical and contemporary. Her performance experience includes roles such as “Aurora” in Sleeping Beauty as well as supporting roles in various other productions including The Nutcracker and Don Quixote. Peyton joined Ballet Magnificat’s Trainee Program in the fall of 2016. In March of 2018 she traveled with the Ballet Magnificat! Events Company and performed in Mexico and Honduras. Peyton was promoted to Student Apprentice with the Omega Company in August of 2018.
