PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION:

Upon acceptance, a link to additional information will be provided.

  1. Registration due by April 26, 2019, or as long as space is available. We still have space! Get your registration in ASAP!
  2. Applications received after April 26, 2019, will be charged a $100 processing fee and all fees are due with registration. All late fees waived!
  3. Payments may be made in installments.
  4. REFUNDS: -There is a $375 fee for cancellations made after April 26, 2019. -No refunds will be issued if we do not receive cancellation notification by 5:00pm (Central Time) on the Tuesday preceding the start of your session. -No refunds will be issued after the start of the workshop session, for any reason, including injury, illness, and homesickness.
  5. There will be a charge of $30 for all returned checks.
  6. All monies must be paid by April 26, 2019 or as soon as acceptance letter is received.
  7. ALL fees must be paid in U.S. dollars.
