The purpose of the Ballet Magnificat! Trainee Program is to prepare Christian artists for ministry in the touring companies of Ballet Magnificat! as well as in a wide field of other mission organizations, including the Ballet Magnificat! Global program.  The Trainee Program consists of two levels, both with performing opportunities, discipleship courses, and a variety of vocational classes pertaining to the dance world.

The Trainee Program is a one to four-year program with a mission and ministry focus. It is specifically structured for students age 17-24 who desire to achieve their fullest potential as a professional dancer. The Program includes significant discipleship content aimed at the serious Christian artist. Class curriculum includes Ballet technique, Pointe, Modern, Conditioning, Variations, Teacher Training, and Trainee Company Rehearsals.
