Ballet Magnificat! welcomes students from around the world!
At Ballet Magnificat!, we are grateful for the opportunity to welcome dancers from around the world into our community! Our Trainee Program brings together students from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds who share a passion for dance and a desire to grow in their faith. We love the unique perspectives and experiences our international trainees bring to the studio, and we are excited to help students from abroad become part of the Ballet Magnificat! family.
Ballet Magnificat! School of the Arts, under which the Trainee Program operates, is authorized to issue Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status) to eligible international students accepted into the program. This form is required for students applying for an M-1 Vocational Student Visa to study in the United States.
Once accepted into the Trainee Program, international students will receive guidance regarding the information and documentation needed to begin the I-20 process. Students are responsible for completing the necessary visa application steps and meeting all U.S. immigration requirements.
Important Information: Students studying in the United States on an M-1 visa are not permitted to work while enrolled in their program. International applicants should plan accordingly and ensure they have sufficient financial support for tuition, housing, transportation, and living expenses during their time in Jackson.
