Trainee Program Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Ballet Magnificat! Trainee Program! We are excited to learn more about you, your dance training, your relationship with Christ, and what you hope to gain during your time in the program.

Please complete the application thoughtfully and honestly. The information you provide helps our faculty and Trainee Program staff get to know you as a dancer and as an individual as we consider applicants for the upcoming program year.

Before beginning, please review the Trainee Program Audition page for eligibility requirements, audition dates, and video instructions. Your application and all accompanying materials must be received by November 16, 2026 in order for your application to be considered complete.
